Through our Zero Time to Airline program, you’ll unlock direct access to all our airline partners. From recruiting events to cadet programs, these collaborations offer diverse ways to kickstart your airline pilot career.
Envoy Cadet Program
Thrust Flight has partnered with Envoy to offer you a place in the Envoy Cadet Program. This program helps leading Zero Time to Airline students move smoothly from flight instructor to serving as a first officer in an Envoy cockpit.
As a member of the Envoy Cadet Program you’ll ultimately flow to American Airlines. You can join the Envoy Cadet Program as a CFI at which point you’ll become an official employee of Envoy.
Spirit Wings Pilot Pathway
As a Zero Time to Airline graduate, you’ll be able to apply to join the Spirit Pilot Pathway program with just 500 flight hours, fewer than many other programs.
After a successful interview with Spirit Airlines recruiters, candidates that receive a conditional job offer will only need to finish their 1,500 hours of flying. Once complete, you’ll enroll in ATP CTP and then undergo FO training and join Spirit Airlines as a first officer on an Airbus A320!
