FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: November 15, 2021
Thrust Flightยฎ Group, a professional flight academy based at Addison Airport, is pleased to announce the opening of another location at North Texas Regional Airport (GYI) in Denison, TX.
This new facility will give them the capacity to take on even more airline career students in their Zero Time to Airlineยฎ program. This location will also be home to their new accelerated multi-engine training program that can be completed in just 3 days.
โWith the demand for airline pilots continuing to grow, we know we need to increase our capacity to train more pilots. We selected GYI for our second location because itโs a quiet but growing airport. Thereโs plenty of area to expand, itโs towered, and it will allow our students to jump right into maneuvers rather than fly out to training areas.โ says Patrick Arnzen, CEO at Thrust Flight.
This new facility includes over 10,000 sq. feet of premium hangar and classroom space. It also includes a FRASCA flight simulator with simulation for the Cessna 172 and Piper Seminole, large classroom space for ground schools and CFI academies, and a large hanger to house their growing fleet.
Over the course of the next year, Thrust Flight will take delivery of at least 14 new air-conditioned aircraft including Piper Archers and Cessna 172โs.
About Thrust Flight: Thrust Flight is a leading flight school with multiple locations in North Texas. They offer flight instruction services for many different aviation ratings and certificates.
